是a little of a cold还是a little a cold

今天做英语题的时候遇到的问题 我记得以前有个什么a little cold的 可是这个前面有个a啊。。用a little a cold怎么都觉得不通顺啊 。
还有spend.cost.pay for ,take的区别是什么

是a little a cold，小感冒（cold是名词）
a little cold有点冷（cold是形容词）

人花时间或金钱用spend，商品/物花人的时间或金钱用cost，人买了什么东西而付款用pay for（后面接所买的东西），一件事（注意不是一件物体）花人的时间或金钱用take.

换言之，spend主语是人。
cost主语是物，间接宾语是人，直接宾语是时间或钱。
pay for主语是人，宾语是物。
take的主语是事（常用it作形式主语），宾语是人。
如：
I spent 3 months in writing the book.

It cost me 3 months to write the book.=To write the book cost me 3 months.
=It took me 3 months to write the book.=To write the book took me 3 months.

The book cost me 50 yuan.

I paid 50 yuan for the book.
