第二关， 是qualities和ability都被否定了，就是没有必要的素质和能力
本人在海外留学，望采纳追问你的意思是not A and B和not A or B 其实都是对A、B全部否定吗。楼上的那位说not and 句型其实是有歧义的，你们2个有海外背景的回答不太一样，不知道你怎么看。。。追答现实中确实说not A or B, 说not A and B的情况不多，但你较真的话，肯定是和not A or B是一个意思，都是对not 后面的否定了

网上的东西，不一定都是对的。

其实，我觉得把 not ... and 归为病句更合适。因为它们会产生歧义。如下是英语为母语的人对类似的问题的回答：

The film is not interesting and instructive.
