简单英语口语句－－语法

1）When a new employee comes to the company,he knows little about the work,so it is his colleagues who are supposed to help him.
it is 是什么？主要是“so it is his colleagues who are supposed to help him.”感觉少了什么成分。
2）Certainly,it has a toll on the company.
toll是指？
3）Work is a serious business,and must be approached with a serious attitude.
approached with ？
4)A wrong and delayed decicion may bring about disasters to the company.
about是有什么作用？可以不用么？
5)Everybody certainly appreciate a friend who is a phone call away especially in his difficult time.
appreciate？感激？ a phone call away ？什么意思？
6）They can bask under the sunlight and enjoy the charming ocean view...
charming为何ing？
7）I often watch the firework show at midnight when you can see the firework light up the whole sky.
often watch 是经常看。 you can see 你能看。如何解释才能不感觉怪？
8）I may receive the red envelope money from the my relatives.
为何加the？
9）So many children there lost opportuntiy of going to school because of poverty.
第一个of是？为什么呢？
10）Internet is very fast and with nearly no expense at all.
with是什么作用？
11）Educationg has improved a lot becarse of the internet as nowadays students are more likely to turn in their homework and ask question to their professors by using internet.
as，nowadays是？nowadays是副词，很怪。
turn in 是指？

feeling知道为什么加ing可cruising为什么加呢？
enjoy后面加ing是指后面一个词还是所有的？

这是俚语表达, 也可以说have a toll on
意思是: to cause damage or wear by using something or by hard living. (即造成严重的坏影响)
3. approach和with并非固定动词短语, 这里是一个被动句, 即必须以严肃认真的态度对待工作
4. bring about = happen, take place 使发生, 即为公司带来灾难
5. appreciate的理解正确, 不过应该写成appreciates (第三人称单数)
a phone call away就是说只一个电话就可以联系上的朋友
6. charm为名词, charming为形容词, 迷人的
7. 显然这里的when这个时间状语从句修饰midnight, 即在午夜的时候焰火点亮天空
8. 这里的the是错误, 应该删除
9. 这个句子也有错误, 应该在opportunity前加the

enjoy doing something是固定句式，enjoy为及物动词，后面接动词-ing形式
