你好 ER+++是雌激素强阳性 PR是孕激素弱阳性 说明内分泌治疗也是有效的 ER、PR：正常乳腺上皮细胞内存在ER、PR。当细胞发生癌变时，ER和PR出现部分和全部缺失。如果细胞仍保留ER和（或）PR，则该乳腺癌细胞的生长和增殖仍然受内分泌的调控，称为激素依赖性乳腺癌；如果ER和（或）PR缺失，则该乳腺癌细胞的生长和增殖不再受内分泌的调控，称为非激素依赖性乳腺癌。 　　C-erbB2癌基因：在正常乳腺组织中呈低表达，在乳腺癌组织中表达率可增高，其表达与乳腺癌分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期呈正相关，表达率越高，预后可能也就越差。 所以
