1. Smoking damages your lung and long time smoking can cause cancer, which can be spread to any part of your body.
2. The most important thing in my daily life is to sleep well and eat well, because I have grown up, I am learning to take care of myself. If I can't even keep myself healthy, how am I suppose to take care of the ones I love?
3. To live healthy, we should eat at least 5 serves of fruits and 3 serve of vegetables per day, and drink at least 250mL of water. Also we shoud at least do 3 hours sports in a week. Most importantly we should sleep early.
4. A healthy person is not only healthy on the outside, a person that is healthy does not mean he or she is only having a habit of living and eating, it also means that they should be healthy with their mental level as well. They should have a healthy way of thinking and don't think too extremely.
