They're连读怎么读

有人说They're 与There / Their / There're是 同音词
可我平时读They're的时候都是读[ðeir]
There / Their / There're都是读的[ðɛr]
这两个音相差很多啊 ei 与 ɛ 困惑

They're ：[ðe ar] （同上），和 they are 分开写的方式一样读。
there are ：[ðɛr ar]
