Setback and adaption has become an inevitable realistic issue in the survival and development of contemporary colleague students. Colleague students, who have never been through difficulties in their life, once meet some obstacles in their study and daily life, often feel that they‘re not as good as others, them the frustation and unhappiness appear. With deeper understanding of the society, their unhappiness is stronger and stronger. The more educated people and the people with more self-expectation, are more tended to go to extremes.
