You have received a fax from a customer who in the fax complained that he had received 100 green bicycles instead of 50 green and 50 blue bicycles. In order to solve the problem and find out the facts ,you write a short note to the warehouse.

. Tell him about the claim.
. Mention the date of delivery.
. Ask for the duplicate invoice. .

I have just received a complaint from a customer. It appeared that he has been sent 100 green bicycles on 16th, November 2009,instead of 50 green and 50 blue bicycles as he had ordered. In order to solve this problem, I need the duplicate invoice of the delivery. Can you pass it to me on Monday? Thanks.
