D-3(Industrial Trainees)

::: A. The Objects of Visa Issuance :::

This visa is available to individuals who will participate in a formal training program which must be related to the following Korean companies :
(a) Industrial firms which directly invest money into foreign countries(D-3-1)
(b) Industrial firms which offer techniques to foreign countries(D-3-1)
(c) Industrial firms which export plants to foreign countries.(D-3-1)
(d) Industrial firms which are recommended by the chief of industrial related organizations designated by the Minister of a Pertinent Department.

◎ Industrial firms which are recommended by the chief of the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business : D-3-2

◎ Industrial firms which are recommended by the chief of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives : D-3-3

◎ Industrial firms which are recommended by the chief of the Construction Association of Korea : D-3-5

◎ Industrial firms which are recommended by the chief of the Kore Shipping Association : D-3-6

::: B. Application and Required Documents :::

This visa(D-3) is only issued based on a certificate for recognition of visa issuance issued by the chief of a district or branch office. Therefore, a pertinent industrial company which wants to employ foreign industrial trainees shall apply in advance for a certificate for recognition of visa issuance to the immigration office which has a jurisdiction over its location. Then, the above concerned company in Korea shall send the original copy of this certificate to the invested company abroad. Finally, the invested company abroad shall apply for a visa to the chief of a Korean Embassy or Consulate abroad with a passport, application form and this certificate.

◎ Recommendation letter of the President of the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business or substantiating documents such as remittance bill or receipt, certificate of business of invested company, etc.

※If necessary, the chief of a district or branch office may ask an applicant to submit more documents than required

产业研修签证

应具备的材料:

- 签证发给认定书原件

- 在职证明原件

- 营业执照复印件

- 身份证复印件

- 办理签证发给认定书之有关事宜，向邀请人居住地的出入境管理事务所咨询

从2002年11月起，产业研修生在韩工作时间为一年，期满后经过必要的考核合格后就能转入“外国人就业研修生制度”，在韩工作二年，享受韩国劳动法的基本权利。
