the way to keep healthy
nowadays , every one wants to live a healthy life because we can＇t study or work well without a healthy body. there＇re many ways to keep healthy. first of all, we should have a balanced diet.that means we should eat more vegetable and fruits for their abundant vitamins. also ,we should eat less food with high sugar to avoid getting fat. what's more, it's important for us to form a good habit, especially to have enough sleep rather than work too hard.
