这是我从一本新课标英语读物上看到的，我记得副词似乎只能放在had的后面，就比如Twenty people had already left.中already放在had的后面，没见过放在had前成Twenty people already had left.的，那么He still had hoped that he might actually survive the duels.正确吗？如果在现在完成时中也会正确吗？
