and连接的是两个人，是复数，当然用are
如果是or的话，就是其中一个，那就是看后面那个主语来定。比如：
Ben or I am going to see the movie.
I or Ben is going to see the movie

因为Ben and I 是两个人，相当于英语中的they.
and表连接
（ps:they与are连用）所以用are而不用am
