移印机印字有气泡怎么处理

胶头太软，或是胶头太平没有弧度，字压印在胶头的高处。图案面积太大没有挂网点。还有油墨品质不好，可适当的加点消泡剂

原因比较多，首先可能是钢板很长时间没有用了，钢板上面的字里面已经干了，所以就没有油墨。还有就是印头需要用慢干水多擦拭几遍，还有就是你的产品表面是不是可以沾上油墨，有的也沾不牢，所以你得多看几遍到底是什么问题！三金印刷机械的移印机也是这样调试的，具体问题具体解决
