介词后一般不跟that引导的从句.with all they have这个部分是因为all they have 中的that作宾语省略掉了才可以这么表示的么.如果用with that all they have 是不行的吧?那么,可以说with it that all they have么?

all they have 这是个短语,不是句子,因此 with all they have局部来看 也不是宾语从句,至少不是that引导的从句.
