People usually pay tips to express their satisfaction and thanks after they have got good service in foreign countries and it is ten percent of the money they should spend on the meals or the service.The employees will keep it for theirselves and it will be their main income if they work hard.Therefore People can surely get good service.However the tips will also bring in bad effects sometimes,if the employees only offer good service to the rich people who may give more tips and other custermers may be ignored.
I think it a good way to encourage tips in China.I think many people won't enjoy the service in China,and the people working in the service don't have different salary according to their service,for it is too hard to say exactly who is better than others for the boss.But customers will do it well.In my opinion tips can improve the quality of the service in many fields in China.
