I enjoy running
I am a 15-year-old boy and I'm quite heatthy.However.one year ago Iwas fat.i loved chips and chocolate and I got tired easily.One morning I saw some young men running in the park They looked really fit and active.so I started running
now I have a 1.5-mile run every morning I drink milk and eat fresh fruit and vegetables instead of chips and chocolate Healthy eating habits and running help to build me up I have great fun running and I feel well and look fit Running has become my favorite sport i'm sure i will do well in the boys 800-meter race in our school sports meet
