在查了一些资料之后，我觉得，me and my mouth 应该是 me and my big mouth 的简化形式。而big mouth 则跟汉语的“大嘴巴”是一个意思（在这点上中西方文化还是比较统一……都用大嘴巴表示说错话了）a big mouth (informal)释义：if you have a big mouth, you talk too much, especially about things that should be secret.例句：Helen's got such a big mouth - the news'll be all over the town by tonight. I knew I shouldn't have mentioned the letter.
