I also use the internet to connect with friends through e-mail and QQ. Communicating with friends through internet is a fast and efficient way of passing messages, especially when your friends live far away from you. You can also use the e-mail to send emergency messages.

Besides these, I also use the internet for recreational purposes. I play some computer games and listen to music on the internet.

Internet also helps me to know more about the world, as global news and various information about different countries and cultures can be found on the internet.

However, internet also has its disadvantages, especially when you are hooked on a computer game.

Thus, I control the amount of time I spend on the internet so as to ensure a healthy living lifestyle.
