主语应该是“人”,一般后面直接跟 pay for + sth,譬如：
I can't pay for the books now.
how much did you pay for your car?
而原句中 It's paid for with stolen money 句 be paid for 表被动语态.
it 是被付款的,可以理解为sb pay for it ,后面不能再直接跟名次了.
而用偷来的钱（付的） 就可以在后面用 with + stolen money .
