Hi&GD Eveing Station Managers,Like most airlines,we track on-time performance of our flight operations across all stations and draw out stations on delayed departures.Punctuality has and will be one of the Key Performance Indicators that TR uses to measure our service providers.We recognize that an improved OTP can help achieve significant cost saving to our airline and it is proven that there are correlations between on-time performance and operating profit.Punctuality is our key leadership challenge that rank high on our daily operation agenda.We observed that there is a decline in line stations performance to meet TR Standard Ground Time of 30mins.As TR appointed GHAS,we would like you and your teammates to brainstorm/take positive measure or steps to work with your airport agencies on improving your stations OTP.Please advise your initiatives and note that we are monitoring OTP.
