摘　　要
本次设计的内容主要是利用PLC（Programmable Logic Controller）对C650型车床的电器部分进行改造.首先我对本设计进行总体的分析,使自己有一个大致的总体概念,然后仔细分析C650车床,对车床主运动和进给运动还有其它的辅助运动,进行分析.最后根据控制电路的线路图,编译PLC的梯形图,编译通过后,利用PLC实验台进行实验仿真.因此使C650车床在完成原有的功能特点外,还具有安装简便、稳定性好、易于维修、扩展能力强等特点.

关键词：可编程控制器,车床,梯形图,电气控制系统

The major content of the project is using Programmable Logic Controller to remould the electric appliance of C650 lathe.First of all,I had a general analysis of the project to gain a roughly general concept.Then,I had a thorough analysis of C650 lathe,principle motion of lathe,feed motion and other auxiliary motion.Finally,I compiled the ladder diagram of PLC based on the circuit diagram of the control circuit.After the compiling was passed,I used the PLC experiment table to conduct experimental simulation.Therefore,in addition to the original functions that C560 possessed,it aso maintained the character of easy-installed,stable,easy-maintained and expansive etc.
