solitude is not a state of being alone. it is a state of feeling lonely. even if you were surrounded by lots of people , you might still be in solitude. you might still feel lonely. you feel lonely probably because nobody among these people truely understands you, truely knows you. this doesn't mean you are the odd one out either. you might get along with people well, and they think well of you and would like to be your friends, which you probably don't think easy to find.

so sometimes, solitude might be a choice of yours, you choose it because you enjoy a spiritual world where few people enter
