For the third aspect, paternity leave will increase their financial stress. As long as the baby is born, a lot of money will be needed, but their income will decrease because of paternity leave. Before they decide to have paternity leave, they should think this problem carefully. The forth aspect is time. Usually paternity leave time is shorter then maternity leave time. However, if the husband doesn’t want to have paternity leave, it is allowed and should be given award. Lastly, for a country, it should guarantee people’s birth right. If the country gives assistance to company, and company gives assistance to staff, paternity leave will be a good thing, especially for couples far away from their parents and the citizen will get the biggest benefit.
Above all, the society can’t ignore paternity leave, when people have maternity leave. It’s a social problem, and needs all stakeholders to contribute to it.
