像school, class, hospital,prison这类的词，加不加冠词，意思大不一样。一般说来，在名词前加冠词，表示具体的地点，不加冠词，表示抽象的概念。
go to school，上学去。 go to the school， 到学校去(学校围墙范围内)，不一定是去上课。
in school，在求学，in the school，在学校里面
in class 在课堂上；上课中
in hosptal 在住院 in the hospital 在医院里(不一定是住院)
in prison 在坐牢 in the prison在监狱里(不一定是坐牢)
