The supply and demand for ice cream cones are described by the following equations:

Supply: Q =-30+38P
Demand: Q =90-2P.

Q is the quantity of ice cream cones per day, and P is the price per cone (in dollars).

producer surplus= amount received by sellers- cost to seller. total surplus=value to buyers- amount paid by buyers +amount received by sellers-cost to sellers.

a. 10+10+10=40 mowing lawns or
10+10+10=40 washing cars

5+5+10=20 mowing and
5+5+10=20 washing

5+2x10=25 mowing and
5+2x10=25 washing
