i thought you were my love 是对的 因为前面有个动词是过去时，所以后面的从句时态就不应该是此句时态以后的时态。这句话表示的是以前的，不能表示现在，应该翻译成那时我把你当成我的爱人。如果要表示现在现实的就应该是i thingk you are my love.如果要表示虚拟语气就应该是i think you were my love.
