本文在探究秘书腐败的职业性成因同时，也阐明了我国秘书选拔任用机制制度的不健全、不完善以及监督机制存在的盲区，进而放纵了身居要位的秘书该承担的职责重任。文章依据相关理论，紧密结合社会实际状况，对秘书腐败成因及对策进行了深入的探究及分析，并对症下药提出了防治秘书腐败的相关建议和策略。通过对秘书腐败现象的深入分析和对防治途径的理性探索，建立有效的监督制衡机制是治理秘书腐败的关键举措，从主观与客观上杜绝这些腐败与矛盾滋生的土壤。给秘书腐败的防治提供有效的参考意见，为预防和打击秘书腐败行为提供了有效的治理工具，必将在现实经济生活中产生深远的影响。然而研究秘书腐败问题及防治对策既有理论意义，更有现实必要。

With the development of our society and the releasing of the reform and opening-up ,our country's economy keeps increasing at a high level.However,as the economy booms,the social problems accumulate as well.Among them,the most worrisome problem is the thoroughly corruption.This happens from leading cadres to office workers.
Recently,the corruption of secretary becomes a more and more heating topic at public's leisure.Secretary is the person who manages the documents and copes with work with the related officers,and he plays a pivotal role of connecting different levels and kinds of people.It is said that in the politics field,if you want to meet the cadre,you must require the secretary firstly.Besides,if you want to get the connections with the cadre,you need get the secretary's in advance.Thus,we can find what a significant part the secretary plays.The corruption of secretary not only violates the process of the decision implement,but also the relationships between the public and the officers.Moreover,it even hurts the image of the government and the party.Thereby,the preventing of the corruption of secretary becomes a vital part of their education.
In this thesis,the author explores the reasons of secretaries' corruption,and states the faultiness of the election system of our nation's secretaries and the dead zone of the mechanisms of supervision,and then the lack of concern about the great responsibility of the secretaries.This thesis, which is based on the related theories and linked to the social situations,has a exceedingly deep study about the reasons and countermeasures,and put forward a list of suggestions and strategies.Through the deep analyse of the secretaries' corruption and the exploration of the preventing methords,the author finds that the construction of the perfect mechanisms of supervision is the best approach to eliminating the fat soil of this problem both objectively and subjectively.Also,it will make a great difference on the economic life to give the secretaries more advice and provide more methods to prevent the corruption.In addition,it not only has academic meanings but also faces the realistic need to study the reasons and solutions of the corruption of secretary.
