随着社会生产力的不断提高和经济的快速发展,20世纪下半叶以来我国的零售企业得到了前所谓有得巨大发展,并对运输业的发展起到了重要的带动作用.然而,零售业同样面临着交货周期缩短、生产成本降低以及服务质量提高的种种竞争.为适应不同层次的消费需求,零售业必须不断改进物流配送中心体系,才能解决产业发展中遇到的困难.针对这种情况,本论文通过介绍我国零售企业的发展现状,分析零售企业配送存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因,对我国零售企业的发展提出了相应的对策.重点在三个方面:一是利用矩阵图法选择合理的配送模式,降低交货周期；二是采用先进的信息采集技术RFID提高零售企业的敏捷性价格降低各项生产成本；最后还提出了对零售企业物流配送绩效评价的原则、方法、步骤,并举例证明了通过绩效评价零售企业可以科学合理的评价其物流经营成果,有助于正确的考核和引导企业的物流经营行为,寻找经营差距及原因,促进零售企业加强物流基础管理和提高经济效益.
