My Favorite Pop Band
When everyone is young, they all have their favorite persons who are the super stars. And, they call them their idols.
As for me, a fourteen-year-old ager, I also have my own idols. They are the members of Westlife, a pop band which is from Ireland. I think most people know them, because they are the most famous in the world.
In 1998, these five young boys got together, they are named Shane, Bryan, Mark, Nicky and Kian. But at that time, Boyzone was the best pop band in the world. Most people who liked pop music almost loved Boyzone very much. Of course, the five boys were their honest fans as well. They had a dream to be a most famous pop band like their idols one day. Nothing was impossible for a willing heart. Five boys had their EP in 1999. After their hard-working, everybody knew them, and they became well-known all over the world soon.
From 1999 till now, Westlife have lots of fans around the world. Of course, I am one of them. “Their sounds liked in the heaven!” said most people. I think so. Yeah, Westlife is a wonder! They had a big success of the music. I love them, because of their sounds, their songs, also of their conduct. They take part in Childline with many singers every year, it is a concert for children who are in need.
“I wanna know, who ever told you I was letting go……” This melody made me feel like coming in the heaven. Yeah, they were lyrics of Swear It Again, the first song of Westlife. When I listened to it again, I think of the day that I first knew the band Westlife. When I were in my uncle’s car, I heard a song called Uptown Girl.
