Good afternoon,everyone,most of us expected one day we could have an hour exercise everyday. And the dream came true eventually from 10:00 to 11:00 on April 29,2007,there were Hundreds of millions of students who joined the activity called a national student sports program in China,and there were about 11 million students who joined the activity in our province actively,besides the college students.And the ministry of education suggested we should hold on to do it everyday.and set down a goal:If we take an hour to exercise everyday,we can live blissfully in our lifetime.But there is a problem which aims at the students in the third-grade high school as they are busy with studying.I think they need to do the program because they often are tired of studying so that the results fall gradully.If they join it,they can ease pressure.So I support them to join it absolutely.
