我认为中国作为一个负责任的大国,应该为世界交流以及多极化发展做出应有的贡献,例如在正常的国际交流中,为交流的多方提供交流的平台,提供一个良好的交流环境,发扬博大精深的中华传统文化,在以和为贵的基础上,使交流的双边利益打到最大化,为第三世界国家提供与世界交流的机会与途径 .除此之外,我认为中国还应该负起维护交流的秩序的责任,任何层次上的交流都需要在一定的框架没完成,所谓不以规矩不能成方圆,中国应该在国际交流中维护好公平正义,负起大国责任.

In my opinion, China as a big responsible nation should contribute a fair share to the world communication and multi-polar development, such as provide a platform and a sound environment to each party involved in a normal international exchange. We should make good use of our broad and profound Chinese traditional culture to maximize bilateral benefit in the exchange on the basis of harmony, and also provide an opportunity and a way for the countries of the third world to communicate with the rest of the world. Moreover, China should take responsibility to maintain the order of world exchange. Communications of any level should take place in a certain framework. There's an old saying that goes as without a compass a circle cannot be drawn. China has a part to play in upholding fairness and justice of the world exchange to fulfill its responsibility as a big nation.
