如何区分comment与cover letter

comment重点说明文章的研究意义，创新性、亮点等，表明适合该期刊。

cover letter主要需申明没有一搞两投，所有作者的贡献并同意投贵刊，没有利益冲突等。
comment 主要是对自己文章做一评价，cover letter 主要应说明投稿意图，所以作者没有异议，没有一稿两投等，也可把comment加入cover letter中，但有的网上投稿专门设comment一项，也可不填，但填了对文章有利。
修回的文章一定逐条回复，我认为应当作为给编辑的信单独列出，一般网上投稿应有相应的修回后的文章投稿系统，应设回复一项。
