what are the people putting in the water?they are krathongs,small boats made of banana leaves and flowers .this is the loy krathong festival of thailand.it is an autumn festival.people put coins and candles on the krathongs and put them in the river.some people are watching the krathongs in the water.there are fireworks and fire balloons.loy krathong is a noisy festival.you can walk around at night -----people are the singing and dancing,eating and drinking.they are very happy for it is loy krathong.
