over/finish/end的区别
They didn’t leave their office until the meeting was （over）.
A.end B.ended C.finish D.finishing
但finish好像没有形容词性啊,是不是该选B

end 可做形容词或动词,但不能做表语,也就是不能be end,但可以说be ended（end做动词）即be finished所以楼上的,was finished 是可以的
over 可做副词,用做表语就是be over 也表示结束的意思
