You can't begin to see all of Texas in on month,or perhaps even in one(1).
It's (2)big ,of course. It's so big that the average tourist(3)knows where to begin when they go for a trip to Texas.
Then my daughter decided to go to business school at the University of Texas at Austin.(4) made my choiceof(5)to start a little easier .Still ,I didn't get the chance to see Austin ,we flew (6)from San Jose to Austin.
Mysister-in-law Nancy McDougal and my other daughter Karen joined it.After the big barbecue at the Salt Lick,it was graduation day.
Nancy and I are avid sightseers,so we decided to stay (7)after the big weekend festivities and see a little mroe of Austin. We started(8)the Capitol building ,which you can't miss from anywhere in downtown Austin.
There were lots of visitors(9)around the grounds, touring the building and taking photo ,just as we were .It's an imposing capital ,built in the late 1800s.It's nearly as large as the US Capitol and several feet(10)
