Many people don't know how to stay healthy. In my opinion, there are three things we can do.
Firstly, we should have the right food and get proper nutrition. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Secondly, allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly. Exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs, it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so, there will be much more happiness in our life.

Now, keeping healthy is a important problem.
More and more people want keep in good health.So
how to keep healthy becomes a important problem.
Firsty,you should remember "No sports,no life."
doing sports is a good way to keep healthy.
Secondly,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away". you should eat more vegetables and frults to instead junk foods.
Finaly,in a word" more sports you do ,more healthy you will be.'
