linux下无root权限如何安装依赖库

现在需要安装几个依赖库，例如AGG,BOOST之类。但是我没有ROOT权限，请问该如何将依赖库安装到个人目录下，并在安装软件的时候指定这些库的目录。
现在骗分得太多，等有正解了之后再赏
