It was July 28th, 1976, 3:42 am in the early morning, a terrible earthquake which is 7.8 degree happened in Tangshan Heshan.

The Tangshan earthquake caused a series of serious losses, the city was collapsed into ruins, thousands of buildings were destroyed, briges collapsed. About 240000 people were killed and 160000 people were severely injured during this earthquake, more than 7000 people became homeless, 4204 children became orphans.

The Tangshan Earthquake is believed to be the largest and worst earthquake that happened in China.
