这句话应该是：he was so young that he can't do it.至于be动词放在代词前面,除了疑问句,基本也就so is(does) she.表示“也是”的用法,入股表示强调,那可以把so young前置,也就是so young he was that he can't do it.
再问： 是否主语是人称代词就不倒装？？
