刘琴的研究方向

1）食品中的多酚类功能因子的提取、鉴定、活性及生物可利用性研究。
2）用生物技术提高功能因子的提取率、生物活性及生物可利用性研究。
3）用淀粉的修饰制备功能性材料的研究。
