The economic development and technology advancement in china social changes tremendously recently. The technology of smart home or intelligent home system has become a focusing subject for every housing developer all over the nation. The national traditional construction engineering method for basic home settlement style, evolved into comfort and elegance home designed. The current smart home concept cannot meet the demand of simple a video phone and alarm security; it is more than to improve the quality living life style as an objective. Thus different type of new smart home technology gadgets and systems are developed to satisfy the demand of this materialistic living style. At the same time, it need to ensure every housing zone, and family to become a safe, comfort and accessible environment. This shall be the direction of our future smart home development.
