My Eating Habit
My eating habits were formed in my childhood. Since it was hard for me to dine without drinking milk, it has become a habit for me to have drinks during meals. As I grew older, I found a large variety of drinks -including every kind of beverages such as Coke, Sprite and Hey-song Root Bear, drinks like coffee or milk tea and a various types of juice-, and the habit remained.
Having drinks during meal, however, turns into a bad idea when it comes to loosing weight. By calculating the calories I consumed every day, drinking unquestionably made me gain a lot of weight, and kept me far from being fit. That was when I started to reconcern the need of taking regular drinks during breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I came up with some solutions. First, I will start by drinking water instead of juice and soda, and cut down the amount of milk I drink almost daily. Second, I will try my best to avoid passing any vending- machines or convenient stores during meal time. Though habits are easily formed and somehow hard to change, I can still give it a try to make better eating habits of my own.
