不是一样么?
只是:"我认为她是个老师"和"我认为她不是老师",都是肯定句.
"我不认为她 是老师","我不认为她不是老师"才是否定句.
看字面上来讲,当然是I don't think she is teacher,而不是I think she isn't teacher.啦

i don't think she is a teacher
英语中，要在think前面否定，而不是后面，这与汉语不一样，要注意。
