国外客户要来我们工厂参观的邀请信怎么书写?

有一个迪拜的客户要来我们工厂参观.

要我给他发一份邀请信.

以前没法过.

请高手指点.要英文版.

请给我提供一个格式.

还有.我要发给他原件还是电子件就可以了?

你盖上你们单位的条形章和法人章，扫描给客人，用邮件发送即可

可以先扫描发邮件给他，问他是否需要原件，需要才寄！

还有问清楚他要的是你们公司出的邀请还是要政府部门核准的，后者的话就比较复杂，需要提交很多资料。
