摘要

目的：对经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术的患者手术过程中分别采用常规护理及常规护理+手术过程中播放背景音乐两种方法，探讨背景音乐对缓解经鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者手术过程中疼痛的作用。

选则最佳的解除或减轻病人手术过程焦虑情绪及对疼痛的方法， 将以病人为中心的工作宗旨落实到护理工作的点点滴滴，把一片爱心传递给手术患者。

方法：选择2009年2月至2009年6月在手术室行经鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者80例，随机分为实验组40例和对照组40例，对照组实施常规术前访视，给予心理护理及相关健康教育，术前术中对患者进行语言安慰，增强患者的信心。实验组除实施以上护理措施外，手术过程中播放轻柔抒情的背景音乐，手术结束时评估患者术中疼痛程度。

结果：实验组患者与对照组相比术中疼痛程度降低，差异有统计学意义

结论：背景音乐能缓解鼻内窥镜手术患者手术过程中的紧张情绪减轻疼痛，有利手术顺利进行。

Title: Music intervention on patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery Pain

Abstract

Objective: Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with surgical procedures, respectively, with conventional care and routine care + play background music during an operation in two ways to explore the background music on the ease of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with surgical procedures pain effect.

Methods: from February 2009 to June 2009 in the operating room via endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with 80 cases, 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 40 patients in the control group depending on the implementation of routine preoperative visit, to give psychological care and related health education, preoperative patients in a language comfort, enhance patient confidence.
