I think Lee Ming should be allowed to take his new cell phone to school. Cell phone could be a useful tool at school. It is not just for games but it could also be use to help with Lee Ming's school work. Lee Ming should not play games during class but it is alright to play games during class breaks. If Lee Ming's parents still won't allow him to bring his cell phone to school. Then, Lee Ming should listen to his parents.

liming has an elder brother. his brother love him very much. once he gave li ming a phone with a lot of games. li ming like this phone very much. he thanked to his brother, and tell him he wants to take the phone to school and show it to his classmate. li ming's brother tell their parents about this thing. li ming's parents knew this and talk to li ming. they didn't allow li ming to take the phone to school because this will break the school rules. if li ming take the phone to school, they will hide the phone so that li ming can't find it. i think taking the phone to school is not right. there is school rules, if you break it, you will be punished. whatever, if you take the phone and show it to classmate, it won't make a big sence.
