一个英文句子出现两个连接词怎么区分从句和主句

For example The boy say that she finally got a good score because she is working hard every day 这句话有问题吗？这里两个连接词that because 怎么区分从句和主句 还有时态。

这个不能单一的从语法上看，还有结合意思。

says 谓语，下面是宾语从句

that she 主语

finally got 状语+ 谓语

a good score 宾语，下面是状语从句

because she 连接词+主语

is working 谓语
