句1 句2是不是等价的?我要问的就是它做实义动词的时候,是不是有2种否定的表示方式.
句3是不是情态用法?不写3人单!不跟to!
dare用作情态动词时,表示“敢于”这个意思,主要用于疑问句、否定句及条件从句。

【例如】

Dare you go home alone?

Tom dare not gosintosthe haunted house.

How dare you say such a thing to your father!

I won't allow you to swim across the river, even if you dare do it. The current is too swift.

但在现代英语中dare,need一样用作及物动词的时候更多一些,后面可以跟不定式,用于各种结构中。
