As she is turning three years old, I’m writing to wish her a happy birthday and to express my hearty thanks to all of you for your hard work, because of which Sulin and her mother are living a happy and healthy life in the US. 

I’d like to have a picture of Sulin, which is taken on her third birthday. I would appreciate it if you could meet my satisfaction. I’m looking forward to your early reply. Thanks a lot.
