柳州卷烟厂（简称柳烟），是广西烟草行业中唯一的一家全国卷烟工业大型二类企业，也是广西卷烟工业中历史最悠久、生产规模最大的卷烟专业生产厂家。柳烟位于广西的交通枢钮、工业重镇——柳州市，其前身是私营新华烟厂（创建于1946年）和国营新新烟厂（建于1950年），1955年经改建成立了公私合营性质的柳州卷烟厂。1996年经报请国家烟草专卖局批准、广西区体改委同意，成立了广西甲天下烟草（集团）有限责任公司，柳州卷烟厂成为（集团）公司最大的核心企业。40多年来，经过柳烟全体员工的艰苦创业，拼搏进取，柳烟现已发展成为占地面积16万平方米，建筑总面积约12万平方米。拥有职工1296人，固定资产原值3.61亿元，净值2.7亿元，各种卷烟专用设备120多台（套），年生产能力35万大箱卷烟的大型工业企业。
